We have stayed with the Inn multiple times over the last sixteen years and find every aspect to be the best of the best. All staff, from the desk to kitchen and afternoon hospitality folks were and are helpful, pleasant, welcoming, and efficient. The grounds are always beautiful and the fitness room is well equipped. We will always plan to stay at the Inn whenever we can include Santa Fe in our itinerary.

Very friendly, happy and helpful staff. Luxury feel without the luxury price. Walking distance to Santa Fe Square, excellent restaurants and shopping, and many points of interest. The unique boutique lodging experience. The warmth of the decor. The varied choices on the continental breakfast menu. The quality and quantity of the regional informational materials available free of charge.
The creaky floors in our upstairs room. (I'm guessing that the guests below us may have disliked them more than we did.) The ferocity with which the toilet flushed. (Kind of scary the first time you hit the handle...like it might explode or something!) Though these things were a bit disconcerting, they did not hamper the enjoyment of our stay. We will be back!

Room was just great - it was not too big but very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Hotel staff were all very nice and friendly.
Nothing (breakfast denish and gluten free bread were too sweet - if I could add)
